Click Here to view our bank repossession bid list. The list is usually placed on our website by the 10th of each month. The following homes are owned by the bank and were taken by repossession for various reasons. Some of them are in excellent shape and almost new, some of them are in fair or poor condition.

We charge a 10% buyers commission to you on the face value of the home if you place a bid. The 10% must be paid before you place your bid. You may bid any amount you want; however, your bid will probably not get accepted if it under 15% of the asking price. If it is not accepted, you may always increase your bid. Many of the homes get sold at the listing price, so place your bid accordingly.

If your bid is placed at the face amount of the asking price you will almost always be awarded the home if it is not already sold. We recommend you place your bid as soon as possible because most homes are sold by the end of each month.

Guidelines:

1. We do not have pictures or any information on the repossessions except what you see online.
2. Because of the volume of requests we have, we will not show the homes or give out addresses until you have paid the 10% commission up front.
3. We will refund the commission if you do not place a bid on the home(s) you have seen.
4. 10% commission is paid on the asking amount of the repossession.
5. We recommend you bid no less than 10%-15% under the asking price.
6. These are cash only transactions. You should have your cash available before shopping.
